Absolutely the same problem, writes eternally "waiting for player" and then after some time closes down... I even added attachment to my case, still didn't help... I'm having a problem with getting rewards for a entered code to get apex coins... Just imagine that you bought a really working non-used code, entered it on the official EA website, the code was accepted, but no coins were added to my account, and the code is already counted as used, as if I had already spent coins... So I really need individualized support, from EA on my case! 😬
