Can I confirm what platform you are playing on?

Check if your email is verified on the website and if changing your privacy settings will help resolve this issue in the game.

I'm on PS5. My email shows verified on the website. I've also tried changing my privacy settings. Apparently this is a known issue. I've seen many others say they're having this same problem. Does this issue need to be fixed in a title update?
