I have verified the integrity of the files and reinstalled the game multiple times.

They ghosted you because they’re NPCs. Company knows about the issues and acts like nothing is wrong. Save your money for another company who cares. Get a refund if you can

@Bidxhof damn. so lame - honestly was the first madden I came back to play too (spent money on MUT as well).

@EA_Barry - if this is true, get bent. If not please provide a solution or update.

I just got told they have no fix for the issue and to contact Microsoft is all I can do. Or hope to god they acknowledged the issue. Which they won’t. Sad my favorite game as a kid has finally died

The problem is you have too many Theme Team All Star boosts. You can only have 10 per team. Like I had 4/5 balanced, 4/5 power run, and 3/5 pass pro on my Steelers team. I had to take it off 1 player and it works. I also have 2/5 49ers also. So you can have multiple teams but only 10 per team. Maybe if EA actually played/test their game they would know what’s going on.
