Re: Madden 24 cannot play ea trial issue

The underlying issue here, and I believe I am speaking for pretty much everyone in this thread. Is that we own madden 24, and didn’t sign up for the free trials at all. I’ve owned madden since day 1 and there have been plenty of other free play days that have come and gone and it has never interfered before until now.

Really frustrating from a customers standpoint, I paid $100 for a game and currently I cannot play. Seems like a pretty easy fix from EAs perspective, look at which accounts have paid and give them access. The fact that this issue has been on going for over a week now I think shows just how much EA is willing to do for their community. Very disappointing.

Yes, exactly. It doesn’t seem like EA is grasping the message everyone is trying to send and that is highly disappointing.
It’s also a shame you can’t talk to a person over the phone to explain what is going on instead of them checking a damn forum once a week to give suggestions that aren’t helpful.
