It's been over 24 hours, still can't sign in

same for me dude.
It says the same thing every time after it says to press any button, i get those messages. 0 help from anyone

Hi @nutachi Thanks for the update, Can we try going through the following and checking if we can reach Sony and EA servers after?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Update
Even after doing all of those things, the unable to verify account and attention pop up still show up and doesn't let me play

HI @nutachi Thanks for trying those steps... Would it be possible to get the following information?
- What type if network are you using?
- What is your NAT Type?
- Does any other account on the PlayStation have connection issues to Madden 24?

I'm using wired
NAT Type 2
And I just have one account on my ps5.
But I only have problems with madden 24

@nutachi Can you try the steps linked above for opening your NAT type (Open your PS5 NAT Type) and checking if we can get it updated to NAT 1 to see if the same thing occurs? - nutachi2 years agoNew Rookie
Yeah, I did that. Same thing still happens

Yeah I’ve done all these steps 3 times I also reset my router.
I just finished playing New World, Overwatch, Marvel Rivals, and Fortnite
The problem is NOT on OUR end.
FIX IT or make M25 free I haven’t been able to log into madden 24 for 4 months that’s some highway robbery was not warranted the opportunity to receive the value that I should have received upon my purchase given these circumstances.
I will be looking into taking actions to escalate this further.
