Exact same issue on PS4. No matter what I do I can’t get it to work.
EA pay attention this is a big deal to those of us that paid for deluxe benefits. How do we get this fixed and when?

Same issue on PS4. Very frustrating. Did you find anything new? Is it just the trial that's messed up? Ugh
out of desperation I grabbed my son’s PS4 ordered the game using his credentials on a completely different card. Downloaded the game and the exact same issue happened with that download. Wondering if it’s based on a region but can’t even fathom why a build like that would even exist.
EA what is someone even thinking over there to allow that build to be made public let alone exist.
Not sure but I just went online and cancelled the purchase. I already received the email confirmation and the refund is forthcoming. I’m going to get the game at GameStop and uploading the disc. Never had issues when I purchase the physical disc. It’s always when downloading that these issues occur. It’s always on the release date or pre release date. I’ll just save the $ from now on and wait the extra 3 days. It’s not worth the headache nor the added cost. I posted earlier how to get the refund. Please check that out. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Go old school and get the disc while you still can as I’m sure they will be getting rid of discs in the next year or 2.
Going to follow your lead on this and get my refund. Have the game coming via Amazon on the 18th. This way I am sure to get something to play this weekend.
