    Hi @chip244,
    To confirm this is mentioned in the FAQ above:

    No content or progression from Franchise modes, Face of the Franchise, the Yard, or Madden Ultimate Team™ will carry over between console generations using Dual Entitlement

    That makes no sense if it’s the same EA account, why can’t I have my same ultimate team when playing between consoles. Why would I start a new one when I’m trying to progress my current one
