To confirm are you getting a specific error when trying to launch Madden 24, or what is currently happening when trying to play?
Also, when you have a moment would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

Thanks for the additional information and apologies for the delay.
Checking your Dxdaig I can see you have an LTSC version of Windows 10 Enterprise. Those versions do not come with all Windows features installed and also have the ability to not receive regular updates.
Due to that and the message Madden is giving us, I would guess we are missing Windows functionality that the game requires to run. Do you have another device that is not on an LTSC version we can try running Madden 24 on?

Hey running into the same issue. Madden 25 refuses to open( window not supported, error code 67). I got window 10 pro open, version 1903. 64 bit and all. Whats going on. PS, done uninstall/install, clean boot, nothing working. thanks in advance

What's up, I have this same problem on EA FC 25, when I start it a window appears that says the following: Windows version is not supported. Update to the minimum supported version. For information, see: https://help.ea.com/es/help/pc/ea-anticheat (67). something that does not make any sense since I have a version of Windows 10 compatible with EA FC 25 according to its requirements, I need a solution to this problem since I have tried to solve it in every way within my reach, thank you.
