I Play on PC and ive tried switching audio devices and it didn't do anything 

please HELP

NONE OF THIS WORKS I HAVE NO AUDIO IN GAME. OTHER APPS I HAVE AUDIO. I MADE SURE MADDEN 24 IS ON THE RIGHT OUTPUT AND IS TURNED UP ALL THE WAY AND IM GETTING NOTHING. PLEASE HELP!

Hey Everyone, 

If you are not hearing audio in Madden NFL 24 try the following steps:

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

if you continue running into issues let us know the following:

Are you getting an error message?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

No sound at all when running madden 24 on PC. All other games and programs have audio function except for madden 24. Any help here? 

Yep, I also have this issue, ever since my first launce of the game where the sound did work, all of a sudden it stopped.

Oh and of course the game is super laggy on PC and unplayable as well.

I am also having audio troubles.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Power off all hardware and power back on
• Disconnect and reconnect all audio cables
• Reinstall or update your audio drivers
• Download and install all available Windows Updates

This just happened to me right now after a  previous glitch as I outlined in another post.  What is going on here?  

So my setting are all fine everything is fine all other games videos everything audio is fine. But when I launch madden there is zero audio for my headset. And again it is only madden. Ive repaired the game and deleted the game no fix

Update from the original poster of this issue I found a fix to it and EA needs to really fix this ASAP madden doesn't know what your default audio device is if your computer has multiple audio devices enabled so you have to go into your sound settings and disable every single audio device you have that isn't your default this fixed for me

• Ensure default sound device is set, and tried a different one (headset)
• In game volume options
• Verify files via Steam
• Multiple reboots

No other game I tried (multiple) has this issue.

It may be worthwhile checking if there was any recent Windows updates, uninstalling that/those may help.

Reinstalling or updating your audio drivers may help too.

No recent updates, and all drivers are up to date.

I tried this, but it did not fix the issue for me. I disabled every sound output device except one, but Madden 24 still has no audio.

It's funny and idiotic how EA will tell you to literally tinker with EVERYTHING from reconnecting all your devices, to reinstalling sound drivers etc. instead of ACTUALLY FIX THEIR BROKEN GAME.

I have never had such issues with any game.

Not with any application.

Had same issues with madden 23.

And now the same issues with madden 24.

But some guy on forums will tell me to reinstall sound drivers, it's literally pathetic and disgusting. EA and all console vendors should refund all purchases of this crap and restrict access to this game on their platforms until its all fixed.

• How long are you playing until this happens?
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Is anything else happening?
