Re: Not banned but no ultimate team in my menu

I don’t have access to ultimate team like it’s not even there and I’ve spent money in it. Also I don’t have any infractions on my account.

I'm having the same issue

I’ve restarted multiple times but still cannot access MUT. Ever since the update, I cannot get in. At first I could only access solo challenges. Now I cannot even see an option to enter MUT. However the ads for AKA crews provide a path to MUT. It says I don’t have access. 

Anyone know why ultimate team icon isn’t on menu. I was playing last night!!

Can I please get a reply from someone from the EA sports team My ultimate team icon is no longer available on my game I spend a lot of money on ultimate team and now I can't access it. Can I get an answer on what my problem is

Same here. E.A. is a joke. If I performed my job in a similar manner I would not have a job. Absolutely inept.

There was an issue last week that was preventing some people from accessing Madden Ultimate Team, but it was fixed shortly afterward.
