No 1 I have never setup a child account and secondly MY account is the only account which is an ADULT account . I know now that MAdden24 is under maintenance , But was wondering if you had any other options Regards Fraze

    Hi there , I have since spoken to EA who asked me to spk to XBOX to rule out Privacy / settings - No issues ,

     

    EA chat told me it may be a mic issue  . yet 

    I am able to voice chat on games such as Forza Motorsport . No probs at all. 

     

    EA All games ie Madden24, FC24, Fifa23,NHL23 All dont have their voice settings in Audio or Accessability (screenshots provided to EA) file attached below . 

     

    My case is presently with EA , yet no action , was told its being investigated but need to keep checking back ????

    Anyone have any others idea's please ?
