If fully wiping the console and retrying has not resolved the issue, you may have a hardware defect that Microsoft can help you with.

Contact MS to check with them if you may need a replacement.

@EA_Barry lol it has nothing to do with hardware why don’t you do some investigating rather than point the finger. It has to do with your franchises. My son created a crap ton of franchises so we went in and deleted almost half and the problem went away.
