Re: Your Account Has Been Restricted Error

@QAmystic Hey, following up with you on this. Are you able to get into the game now, or do you see a message that actually says you have been banned?

    When I am on the loading screen, it says that my account has been restricted from accessing any online features. I then go to open MUT and it says that I have lost my connection to the EA servers. I have reset my game, router, and PC multiple times and no fix. I also have been able to access FUT 23 and MUT 22 in this time.

  • I’m having the same issue and I purchased it via the EA app on PC.

    never banned but says certainb online features are unavailable at this time and keeps looping the headliner welcome pack, not letting me actually go into mut or return tot he main menu.. I probably got 50 of the free QB they give you at this point

    Can we get a timeline of a fix? And will we receive compensation for this? 

    pretty devastating bug for us. Paid to play early. Can't play.

    Still locked out. Been locked out entire of early access...

    my account claims to have restricted access but i have never been banned i cant play any online modes my username is Sorkeo1

    Finally got an email from TOS team. On day 6 they have finally said they are looking into my case and investigating the issue. Also, they sent me the link for the TOS and user agreement.
