Summarize your bug Reason for the Season game 6 tried to start and Madden 24 crashed to the dashboard. Now when I try to continue the series, I get "Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play Reason for the Season.
What happens when the bug occurs? "Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
What do you expect to see? A game to start
Played 5 wins with no issues, then tried to start 6 and the whole game abrupted crashed to the dashboard. After waiting for hours and retrying 10 times, I always get the error and cannot continue. It does say that Game 6 is the one I would be starting.
In addition, I cannot access my challenges at all! Once I get this error, if I try to access challenges, it advances directly into some "reason for the season" challenge showing 0/1. I have no ability to access any other challenge. I really need dev help on this as the game is so broken than I can't access multiple modes with my game and I am losing out on daily rewards because I'm not allowed to access things.
Day 3 of still not being able to access Reason for the season or Challenges. Basically I can't play because the game is broken until a fix is posted. This seems like a major issue that must be addressed!
