reason for the season Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time

When I was in reason for the season I made it all the way to game 12, the last game. I tied the game up and eventually forced overtime. After the End of Regulation screen the whole screen went black. No audio no image just black. There was no way to get out of it and after about 20-30 minutes I had to quit out of madden. On top of that I have another issue. When I enter the mode it still says I’m on game twelve but when I go to play I get the message, “Our servers can’t process your request at this time. Please try again later.”. I’ve tried multiple different things including quitting out and it is still stuck that way.
