    Hey everyone, 

    Last night we pushed out a fix that should help prevent these errors during the Reason for the Season event. 

    If you're still running into any problems with the event please let me know. Thanks!

Same issue, I played game 5 and was gonna go to OT and the game froze (Black screen where I still had sound strangely), when I closed out of the game and loaded it back up I get the error message every time now.

We appreciate you reaching out about this. I merged a few threads together into this one since they were all reporting the same issue. 

If you're still running into the same error during the Reason for the Season event, can you please share the following info so we can pass it along? 

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
  • What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account ID?
  • When did you first start getting the error message?
