Last night we pushed out a fix that should help prevent these errors during the Reason for the Season event.

The Reason for the Season CPU event will not work. Every time I try and access it it gives me an error which also makes it so I am unable to do any challenges at all. This has been going on for a couple days now and I tried reinstalling the game and it still doesn't work. This is a limited time event and I would hate to miss out on the snow and the Zeke card because it would be the best HB for my theme team. Support was unable to help me out due to them only having limited information about this problem. Hope they will have a make right for all the snow and wins that we are missing out from this bug.
