Restore progress
I logged on this morning and had all of my MUT 24 progress reset. My level, my player cards, and coins gone. I contacted EA live chat and they said there was nothing they could do, that they’re power and ability to help is very limited. They suggested posting here and hopefully have a EA community manager may reach out but otherwise I’m basically stuck.
Its very disheartening to have all your progress and your in game purchases just wiped away. Especially when those purchases were with actual money and not in game currency.
I’m hoping that this can be resolved but I’m feeling hopeless that it will.

We are unable to assist with account issues or restore progress on the forums.
