Summarize your bug Salary cap problems. I restructured a few contracts to make room in the salary cap for next year. I had cleared up around $68 million I re-signed a few players within a three week span. I didn’t sign any other players or make any trades since then. After I played a few games I went back to re-sign a player when I noticed that my cap for 2024 was now -17 million when it was 40 million the last time I saw it and did no other signings. It’s either their is a bug in the salary cap or restructuring is negotiable and their is no mention that it is and can be rejected.
