Okay so I actually did find a fix. Your team can only have 55 players in the lineup including subs. Not really sure why EA doesn’t broadcast / share this problem with the user but if you have 56 players in your lineup the game won’t let you Queue into a game

I played 3 solo battles just fine today but now the 4th one is giving me this same error for 3 hours. I'm on Xbox.

exactly the same issue for me on xbox series s - fourth solo battle stuck in this "servers cannot process your request" holding pattern, no matter what difficulty I try to play, or adjustments I make to my lineup. super annoying

    Figures, players had to come to the community rescue with a work around for the kicking bug (use Elite Red 80+ kicker)... and now this. I'm having flashbacks to M23 when it was many weeks before MUT / Field Pass / Competitive finally got stable enough to play.

Fixing the lineup like mentioned above and updating solo battle opponents fixed this for me.... just have to skip that glitched last solo battle. smh
