Seasons/H2H not resetting or tracking properly

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug Season wins and losses are not properly tracking and won’t advance to playoffs or be demoted from current level
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the head to head tab of ultimate team my current season wins and losses will result in a 1 of 5 wins graphic or a 1 or 3 losses graphic and further wins and losses don’t count towards the season
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t advance to the playoffs or claim my rewards for finishing my season
What do you expect to see? I hope the issue is resolved and I can play regular seasons again and earn my rewards

Wins and losses for the current session I’m in are set at 6 wins and 3 losses which would be too many wins to still be in the regular season and too many losses to still be in the same season. Additionally, The SuperBowl run game mode I am 6-0 which should not be possible as after 3 wins you go to the SuperBowl. The issue is also occurring in All-Madden Seasons and Squads Seasons.

    I am having to same problem,  my mut head to head seasons will not reset, and isk how to make a case about it, or if I can even make a case for it

    H2H not counting towards my progress 

    currently 17-3


    Gamertag: Thecity150

    System: PS5

    Date/time: February 20th approximately around 10p.m.

    Only counts 1 win then starts over and over.

    From what I've heard, the only way this issue will be fixed is with the new season which luckily is only in a few days.

    So, I’ve never experienced this previously, but S5 has been a glitch fest of various kinds, unfortunately. The most major thing is my H2H Season wins aren’t tracking, nor am I being paid and I’m stuck in my current season in a continuous loop. Now, my H2H Season stats have also reset to 0.
