Can't open Madden 24 because of the secure boot. Myself and others are having the same problem. I even went to my BIOS and secure boot is indeed enabled and have done literally every trick in the book. What should I do now? Wait for a potential fix from EA? Is that going to happen?
I've checked in bios and windows security and everything is enabled but the game wont load. keeps telling me "Secure Boot is not enabled on this machine". see screenshot attached
I have been trying to access Madden 24 since launch time about 2 hours ago, but have been unsuccessful. This is due to a "Crash Report Handler" popping up every time I launch the game, saying that "Secure Boot isn't enabled on this machine." I checked my settings, and secure boot is indeed enabled (as it's standard on Windows.) Is anybody else having this issue? If so, have you been able to fix it? ( and how)

I've already turned on secure boot in the bios, reinstalled the game and anti cheat, repaired the game and yet I still get this error from the anti cheat.
Im having the same issue with the Secure Boot error. I was on the phone with the company I purchased my PC though and everything is enabled that needs to be. Also looked up online on how to fix my issue. Please EA someone from your support team should make a video on how to fix this issue step by step as well as what could come up on how to fix this issue. Each step we need to do in order to fix our issues.

Summarize your bug Cannot load game. I get the anticheat popup plus the bit that says Secure Boot is not enabled. I have a new expensive motherboard and CPU. Just spent over a thousand dollars for an upgrade a few weeks ago. I searched the web and found fixes, but can't find any BIOS setting for enabling Secure Boot. I never play MUT or multiplayer. Is this really necessary for the single player modes? If so, I'll have to get a refund. I suggest you patch the game so it will run on PC. If you're afraid people will find a way to cheat without Secure Boot, grey out the multiplayer options if you run it without Secure Boot and tell them in a HELP menu. I don't see any option to enable Secure Boot on my system and I can't afford to buy another motherboard. I worked on this for several hours. The game specs on Steam do NOT say anything about requiring Secure Boot. My rig greatly exceeds the posted requirements.

The game does not run. Instead, it balls you out for something called anticheat whether you enable anticheat software or not. Then it says something about Secure Boot, which is not enabled. I spent hours trying to enable Secure Boot in my BIOS even though the posted specs for the game when I bought it did not mention Secure Boot at all! I have a very expensive motherboard and CPU, current ones purchased a few weeks ago. So, I prepurchased the game on PC and it does not run on my PC at all even though my PC greatly exceeds the posted specs required to run it. My motherboard manual does not mention Secure Boot at all and I have not found any setting to enable it in the BIOS nor anywhere else. I'd hate to get a refund, but I will if this problem isn't fixed or patched out. Also, why is it REQUIRED that I say which generation of CONSOLE I have directly after stating I am playing on PC? Seems like more than just the game is broken.

Hey Barry. What if secure boot is turned on in windows but this still happens? First time buying a madden title in 10 years and already wish I hadn't spent the money.
