If you’re on Windows 11, you need to enable Secure Boot. Follow these steps on Microsoft’s website to enable it on your computer.
After you’ve done that, try reloading the game again.

Hey Everyone,
If you are seeing an issue with Launching Madden NFL 24 and not having secure boot enable please try the steps suggested here.
If you continue having the issue please let us know the following:
Platform:
EA/Steam ID:
Region:
Are you getting an error message?
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
Cheers!
Why does secure boot have to be an issue for a game? It's a freaking game. This should not be an issue as to why I can not play this game.

Hi @smjello05, This would be a requirement wit EA Anti-Cheat in order to help create a better online experience for everyone. thoroughly disappointed. Bought the game, wont play. Went into bios to do what yall recommended, those settings were already enabled...so i disabled and re-enabled hoping that would work. long story short, my pc would not boot up after. went through some weird power cycle and i lost my D: drive. so now im sitting here trying to figure out how im going to get my 2tb hard drive back. Should have never bought the game. Should have never changed things in my bios. I knew it was a stupid game problem and now i have to deal with a hard drive that doesnt work. yay me.
It's absurd that a video game company thinks it has the right to require secure boot (which has nothing to do with video games) and won't let you play it without enabling it. On top of that not stating that before purchasing the game. Well, just another reason EA has fallen from being a great video game developer many years ago to a mediocre one recently and is now just a bad game developer.
This is absolutely stupid, wont even load. There is no rational reason to require secure boot to play a game. To be 100% clear this is not a Microsoft or OEM issue. This issue falls squarely at EA's feet, who poorly implemented a security component meant to protect system boots. Who is the genius who thought ... "I got a great idea, lets use secure boot for madden anti-cheat". What's next, Kernel DMA? They need to have a moment of clarity and fix this hot mess.
If you have the option in your bios, you may want to check if Secure Boot is in audit mode or something similar. If it is, it needs to set to deploy or whatever your option is.
