Title says everything that is needed on this.
My question to EA--especially after spending 4 days getting the runaround and eventual dismissal from EA Help Support--are we to expect that we will never get our missing packs?
I've completed 11 of the skill sets and only received 2 of the earned 11 packs. I refuse to do the other 2 sets until EA resolves the issue and makes good on the earned rewards that never paid out.
I believe that I FINALLY have received the UT packs from Skills Trainer.
