Snowflake shop missing never got Festive Blitz

The full store including Snowflake and Festive Blitz ‌On Christmas Day I logged on and saw that there was a Festive Blitz program. I went into store and nothing about Blitz. I then noticed that the Snowflake section had disappeared.

In a similar boat, i was saving my snowflakes, and had presents i was waiting until xmas to open to hopefully get a few extra from those. i had noticed the store timer but thought it was stupid because why would the store CLOSE on xmas when everyone was opening their presents and getting snowflakes?

@EA why would you give snowflakes in the xmas presents when there is no way to spend them because the store is closed? also why would you keep the snowflake-earning seasonal CPU challenge up when all it gives are snowflakes which again, cannot be spent?
