Solo Challenges Not Working

My Sllo Challenges Aren’t  Working. Keep Saying Disconnected From Servers And Kicks Me Out Of Ultímate Team.

Summarize your bug I have not been able to play solo challenges for about the past month. I’ve spent several thousand on this game this year and now can’t even complete goals or receive rewards. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve spent so much on my team that the game can’t keep up with all my player’s abilities or what, but this really SUCKS!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve tried resetting my lineup with no avail.
What happens when the bug occurs? Connection Lost
What do you expect to see? The challenge starting

I needed to complete the rall the recent program goals and rewards, including, Redzone Royal, FA, UL, and Season Pass, and Competitive pass.

Summarize your bug While playing game four in Solo Challenges in MUT, I finished the game but the connection to the EA servers cut out. I was immediately sent to the main dashboard of madden. I selected to go back in, and try to play Chanllenges not of them work, I was immediately kicked back out to the dashboard. I repeated over and over. I have cleared the Cache and reformatted the drive in safe mode. Nothing seems to help and it is only in Chanllenges my Solo battles work and you know the store still works.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into my MUT account and try to start a challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? it says cannot connect to servers and kick me back out to the home madden screen.
What do you expect to see? I would like to do my challenges as there is XP and rewards for rookie premiere.
