Specific players being pulled from starting lineup

The console I play Madden 24 on is Ps5.  I am on a solo franchise save file, on the Titans, with a custom coach.  It is week 14 in my franchise, at the time of posting.  I have Alvin Kamara and Kareem Hunt on the same team.  At random intervals, Kamara is benched for Hunt.  Kamara is my starting rb and Hunt is my powerback.  This is not Offensive specific, as Jeffery Simmons also gets pulled randomly.  Simmons is replaced by any other DT Or DE in my lineup, from Justin Huston to Shaquill Lenord.  The reason for the wide variety of players is so I can have Simmons lineup at different positions throughout the game.  I tried turning progressive fatigue off and turning the fatigue slider down, and neither seemed to help.  The only thing that seems to temporarily fix this issue is by restarting the game.  Although, restarting the game does not fix the issue for long, as the bug occurs almost every Offensive/Defensive drive.  Jeffery Simmons and Alvin Kamara are the only players I have had this issue with.
