Superstar Mode Can't Change Gear/Appearance

Platform:Xbox Series S

Date/time issue occurred 06/12/2023
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Superstar
Summarize your bug Can't change gear, animations or appearances anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new superstar mode and click Change Gear.
What happens when the bug occurs? Just a blank screen with no tabs at all to edit anything.
What do you expect to see? .

started a new superstar mode after the latest update, and can't change player gear, animations or appearances anymore. Just an empty screen with no tabs

    We appreciate all the info you've been sharing with us about this. 

    I wanted to drop in here and let you know this issue should have been fixed with the recent update. If you are still running into any problems customizing your Superstar player please let us know.

    I am still having this problem just downloaded the game and I can’t change my apparel for the league game mode. Please help a brother out.

    I can’t access the ability to play squad in superstar mode, I keep getting an error message, the message says “Unknowm error try again”, I’ve been receiving this for more than a month and also I can’t change my settings in superstar league, it keeps saying my password contains profanity

    I went to change gear in superstar mode and noticed all of these new shoes, arm sleeves, etc but they were locked and said I needed to reach level 0, but I’m past 0, so I logged out and back in and now the gear has disappeared completely. I’ve tried everything.

    A refund or a discount to next years game. Either way don’t think EA will consider it unless we all decide not to buy or endorse the game in the future.
