It looks like EA doesn’t care to fix this issue, as I have submitted multiple tickets for case review to EA help and they basically say they can’t help me.. On average I’m losing 1,000+ points per game not registering. Therefore it’s around 6 levels that I haven’t been awarded. And EA says they can’t add those points I never received… which makes zero sense as they are the developers and can make any changes they want. *eyes roll*
