Training doesnt't work in the franchise mode

Summarize your bug In the weekly strategy window I can't select the menu options of Start training Free practice Those options are at left at the top of the screen. The other options are selectable such as: weekly gameplan goal and the focus players. Because of this my players aren't getting the training. Which is one of the most important parts of the building of my team. This keeps me from playing the franchise mode because the players aren't progressing in the way they should. Another problem is that the weekly gameplan isn't set and I always need to simulate it before I can move on to the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new franchise and look if it's working like it should. (test it multiple times)
What happens when the bug occurs? The players don't recieve training and the weekly gameplan must be simulated.
What do you expect to see? That this problem is solved and I can enjoy the game in Franchise mode like it's meant to be. Also I would like to recieve a mail when you've read this message. It would be nice to hear from the company when the issue is resolved.
