@FrickinLazerI made the mistake of quick selling the OG silver kicker for training points when I bought the Tristan Gold. The game defaulted to the OG silver punter as kick off specialist, so I could plug him back in.
The work around I found for any kicker on kick offs -- squib kick (X-Box use left bumper until Squib is highlighted). You still get the broken kick meter, but just hit the A when it wobbles through it's broken little path and any kicker will lob-kick the ball down the middle. It gets returned to the 20-25 yard line, but that's better than penalty at the 40.
I haven't found any work arounds for PAT/FG so I just go for 2 points on all TDs and I'm holding my breath on whether EA in there infinite wisdom assigns a challenge or daily stat for FGs. There was a 5 FG stat meta under the Team Captain Field Pass, but I got that done before the I got the new, broken kicker.
