Ultimate Team not Accessible

Summarize your bug When I select "Ultimate Team" from the initial Madden 24 menu, I get a loading screen for around thirty seconds. Unfortunately, Ultimate Team never loads. Instead, I get a screen that says, "ERROR - Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." ‌
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to enter Ultimate Team from my Main Menu
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a loading screen for around thirty seconds; however, Ultimate Team never loads. Instead, I get a screen that says, "ERROR - Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." When I click "OK", I sometimes am bounced back to the Madden 24 Main Menu. Once in awhile, I am trapped in the black loading screen, even after clicking "OK". ‌
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Ultimate Team menu, showing tabs for "Challenges", "Solo Battles", etc.

Originally, I encountered this bug on February 6th. For awhile, it occurred quite regularly. Then, it was fixed. Unfortunately, yesterday was the second Friday in a row that the bug has recurred.  Now, this is the second day in a row it has happened.

The below is pasted from one of my past reports, just in case what I am experiencing now is the exact same issue that was solved previously:

Strangely, I sometimes (1 out of 20 tries, but only at a certain time of day) can enter Ultimate Team and play. Ultimate Team occasionally seems to work for a few hours at a time between 6 P.M. and 8 P.M. Pacific Time. Sometimes I start playing, then get kicked back out to the Main Menu and am unable to resume playing. If I play for awhile, then shut down Madden 24, Ultimate Team will not be accessible when I boot up the game the next time.
