Summarize your bug Unable to see any options for customizing character, buying boosts etc. I am only left with the option to cycle through the menus with L1/R1, with nothing else but the black NFL logo for the background appearing on the screen. I am severely dissappointed with the lack of communication from EA on how they are addressing this issue across all the posts I've seen about the issue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and customize your superstar or buy boosts. You won't be able to. If for some reason it DOES work on your end, go look at the countless videos online depicting the issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Open menu. Menu empty
What do you expect to see? A usable menu for customisation and boost buying
It's a whole menu missing. It shouldn't be too hard to understand.
