Unable to get into the game (game crashes)

After downloading madden 24 on Xbox one, game starts loading then has a black screen and sends you back to the xbox home screen.

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not solve the problem.

When tested on cloud gaming (I have ultimate pass) it works as fine.

All other games work as normal and are playable.
