yeah i already said i tried the first two in my post and implied that i tried the later because you blindly reply with this advice for every issue
needless to say, did not work

hey it's been multiple days and not only did none of those solutions work (had already tried the majority anyways)
but also none of the advisors know anything about the game or how to fix these things
is there anyone who can troubleshoot directly based on my issue at all

Hey there!
Same issue was happening to me. Was able to resolve by stopping the “SECOMNService” in Task Manager.
Would also recommend going to services and making sure it is disabled on startup.
Afterwards was able to get past the first play in online h2h.
