Unable to start on Xbox Game Pass/EA Play

It’s indicating that to access the trial I need to be signed in to my account to access the game when I’m already signed in on my Xbox Ultimate Account.

Same here. Support has been ZERO help after 8 hours of talking to them. What is going on at EA?!?!?
