"We can't save more data for this game or app" message appears in Madden 24

Question

Trying to find a fix for this message. It pops up after every single play on Madden 24 on Xbox Series S. I have done all the traditional methods of power cycling, unplugging the network cable, resetting the console while saving games and apps and resetting the console to factory settings and wiping everything off and reinstalling. It still does not get rid of the issue. Online xbox game user suggested going to EA Sports directly but cannot find any direct help email, chat, or phone number. This is for my son and it is very frustrating, he only has 3 games on his console, Madden 24, Fortnite, and Rocket League. Madden is the only game having issues. Any help is appreciated to solve this issue.&nbsp;

@EA_Barry lol it has nothing to do with hardware why don’t you do some investigating rather than point the finger. It has to do with your franchises. My son created a crap ton of franchises so we went in and deleted almost half and the problem went away.

If fully wiping the console and retrying has not resolved the issue, you may have a hardware defect that Microsoft can help you with.&nbsp;

Contact MS to check with them if you may need a replacement.

I keep getting this message on Madden NFL 24 saying "&nbsp;we can't save more data for this game or app". It's the only game that gives me that message. I have plenty of space internally &amp; storage card. I have did every single troubleshooting technique I have read online to calling customer and still it give me that message I need help.

I just had this issue, i tried everything to fix it like reinstall it and remove my account and restart my console, i thought that maybe i had too many things in madden itself that were clogging up the data and i decided to delete all of my franchise leagues i had created which was like 30+ and it worked, so i would try to delete all the franchises and restart the game and see if it works.&nbsp;

Thank you, this helped. I had the same issue and I deleted some franchise and restarted my Xbox which worked.
