Why aren’t Commanders black uniforms available to wear online?

I’ve played with them at least 50

times by now and anytime I select alternate uniforms or the second home option, it always goes to the red scheme… I have yet to even get the red and gold scheme unis, it’s always all red, red jersey/white pants or all white. Why can’t we actually use the black uniforms online?
