Why does my cornerback leave coverage assignment on man blitz

Summarize your bug When calling a man blitz, oftentimes one of my cornerbacks will leave his assignment to run across the field. It leaves a wide receiver open and is almost a guaranteed touchdown every time. This happens in franchise and in Ultimate Team and it is infuriating to the point where I can no longer call man blitzes unless I know it will be a run play.

What happens when the bug occurs? The cornerback leaves his coverage assignment and runs across the field.
What do you expect to see? I expect the cornerback to cover his assignment and not run away from it.
This game has some bugs that are frustrating and I wish I could just show the developers so they can see first hand. Things like a tackle not dropping into his pass set and staying at the LOS so I get insta-sacked or getting a DPI when my CB tries to break up a pass when the ball gets to the WR. Things like this are bugs that are game changing and can be frustrating,
