XBOX X Madden 24 All team control in Offline Franchise Mode issue.

What is your Franchise League Name? I have about 4 that I have started and they all get hung up in the same place.
Summarize your bug Every time I start an offline Franchise Mode where I take control of all 32 teams, I can go through an entire first year, start my 2nd season and when I start week 2 of Free agency I lose control of the Carolina Panthers and the Las Vegas Raiders. It says the coach's are free agents but it won't let me go into change or make another coach. So basically I have no way to control these two teams after this happens. What can I do to prevent this or is it just a glitch that cannot be fixed?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a hard time believing this only happens to me so not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose control of any owner or coach abilities for the Carolina Panthers and Las Vegas Raiders at the start of week 2 season 2 of my offline franchise mode (all 32 team controlled)
What do you expect to see? I expect to remain having control of all 32 teams.
Has anyone else lost total control of a team while in Madden 24 Franchise Mode when you do a offline season and take control of all teams? It seems to happen the same time, during the 2nd week of Free agency in season 2. I lose control of Carolina and Las Vegas
