Your Account Has Been Restricted Error

Whatever they did seems to have fixed my account. I can now get in. I don't have any of the Twitch packs that I claimed in the meantime and I missed out on a bunch of other free packs... but at least I'm now able to play online.

Got the Twitch pack situation fixed. I hope other folks have been successful as well.

@EA_Shepard how do i get in contact with live support anything i've tried just bring me back to the main ea help menu

@SayMoreSayLess the best way to is by doing the following below. Not all options give you a chat.

• Select the EA App
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option

@EA_Shepard Whenever i try this, it just repeatedly get a page has timed out error

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into and sharing needed information so far. 

If you are still running into the message "Your Account has been restricted" please let us know the following:

1. Does this only happen if they already have one of the two SKUs running?
2. Does it matter if they try to launch from the platform where they have the trial?
3. If they launch just the platform where they own the title, does it launch without issue?
4. If they own the title fully on both platforms do they encounter the issue?

We can share this information with the team, to help them further investigate this issue.

I am just now receiving this issue after playing the game for months. 

Nearly two months after launch and this stupid but has fixed itself. Thanks EA!
