Cannot adjust lineup

It's possible this has to do with certain chemistries you're using. Take a look at the thread here for some help with that.

This is the only solution we're aware of currently. Did you go to your binder and into the Upgrades tab of each player to make sure there are no chemistries assigned?

Yes, i removed all chemistry and upgrades to every card in my binder.

I changed my active lineup Saturday morning (1/11/25) to a roster i had named "4020". This previous lineup was made before zero chill. I have not been able to access it since.  I always get,  "Our servers cannot process this request at this time. Please try again later."

I have tried removing all upgrades and chemistries and "promote to starter" all non team captains. I still have the same issue. I have a lot of expensive cards as I spent just about $2k buying packs over the course of the game life. I do not have a davonte Adam's card either. I'm am completely locked out of all game modes, but I can enter ultimate team. I have access to my binder the store and auction house, just not my lineup screen to set a legal lineup to play any modes. 

Please help!

Try going to My Items. Then, filter the "Program" as "Team Captains". Have you tried editing your lineup here? You can also promote to starter this way. Please try this and let me know if it helps or not.

Yes I only have elam the team captain kicker in my lineup. I cannot move him out of the kick off specialist as that is not an option from anywhere other then the lineup screen. I cannot access the lineup screen. I can't demote him or replace him. Going on 2 weeks now.

Still no solution? Could I make a suggestion for you to pass on? 

Could the problem be that I switched to a lineup named "4020"? I named that lineup months ago when I started before zero chill. There were several updates since that point. Maybe you need to have the first character in a lineup to be a letter or have at least one letter in the lineup name. 

I have messed with every card in multiple variations, trying to get a valid lineup. All team captains are removed from lineup. With the exception of Elam the team captain as he was previously placed in the kick off specialist (kos) position. Promoting another kicker from the lineup screen does not replace this position(kos). So there is no way to completely remove him from the lineup. I even tried every variation of upgrading and team Chem to see if it allows me to enter my lineup screen. (It does not, always gives me,  "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.")

I have removed all training or upgrade cards from all other cards. I even tried buying cheap cards and promoted to starter through the binder screen. Nothing is working. 

There maybe a need to add a "Remove from lineup" string added to the player cards to prevent using an invalid card in your lineup. 

Please pass this along and give me some hope of playing mut25 again.
