Banned for No Reason

Over a month ago now I purchased some MUT Points during a break at work. After work in the evening I found myself banned from the Auction House. I appealed this as soon as I could with EA, but am still banned.

I am very confused by this as I don't play online, so don't cheat, and don't buy or sell coins. I literally just play the solo part of the game and then bought the points. Then got the Auction House ban. I got some really good cards from the packs when I opened them, 99s and Ltds worth millions and millions, but could sell them. They are now a fraction of the price, so very disappointed and angry about the whole thing.

Does anyone know how long it will take to have this ban lifted? As I say, it has been over a month now and I've heard nothing! Would I be likely to get any in-game compensation? I have lost out on a huge amount of coins and feel very wronged as I gave EA money and they then, for no reason, took a large and key part of my game away from me.

I am ranting, sorry, I don't want to sound whingey. Probably too late for that.

    Hi there. It can take a few days for Terms of Service to investigate your account. When that is done, they will email you with the results. If you're submitted a dispute more than a week ago and haven't heard back, open a case with an advisor so they can look into this. Don't submit another dispute since that will go to ToS.

    Ah okay. I haven't had anything since the initial 'we're looking in to it' email. It's five weeks now.

    How do I contact an Advisor? I would have thought, it would have progressed to that naturally.

    Well, just spoken to an advisor about my issue and that I've been waiting six weeks and seem to have wasted hundreds of pounds, but they said they can't do anything, there's no one else I can talk to and the only thing I can do is put in another dispute. I have put in two already.

    I'm just very frustrated, disappointed and angry at myself for giving EA money in the first place. A moment of weakness on my part and a Hell of a lot of regret and buyer's remorse.
