Can't seem to get any picks when needed for daily objectives

I have been playing for 3 hours tonight and not one interception.  They are swatting down EVERYTHING.  Not one animation to even try to intercept.  Every player outside of my d line has at least pick artist and still not one pick.  This happens practically everytime picks are needed for daily objectives at least for me.  I remember needing picks for weekly objectives and went days without interception a few times.
