Connection Issues (Repost)

I can’t play anything in ultimate team. it keeps saying can’t accept my request or something. i’ve tried restarting my PlayStation and router.  This has been going on for almost 2 weeks now and EA website should not be difficult to nagivate around either there should be some way to speak to a real person instead of automated response bots.
