Crowd Support needs to be louder

By this I mean, you can hear the opposition fans booing when you start the arm waving to peeve them off, why cant we have the home field fans get louder when doing the same? It did in an older Madden, meant the away QB couldn't properly call their cadence. When you do it on home games the crowd doesn't react at all.
