EA help advisors and TOS TEAM

You all are a huge disappointment and an absolute disgrace to the madden community. Such horrible customer service, I hope your entire department shuts down in the near future for how bad you take care of and handle customers and disputes. Lack of integrity and clearly lack of knowledge for your own rules. It’s truly upsetting how you are ok with disrespecting your customers that keep you in work. True definition of UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! Thanks for wasting my TiME and MONEY. Extremely flawed departments between advisors and TOS team
