Don’t even waste your time bro. I have submitted cases about the same issue several times. Each time the case has been closed & marked as resolved without ever a single interaction with anyone at EA.
This is after I’ve posted/commented here probably 75 times or so dating back to launch of last years Madden because the same exact issue was copied and pasted into this year. Tagged max number of EA employees within posts here as well. Again not one single acknowledgement, comment or anything you could even consider as a possible response.
My theory is that this forum exists to insulate the 100% universally negative feedback and customer experiences w/ EA tucked away here within a bubble as much as it is even possible to do so VS. everything entirely all over the internet for general public to see in passing
