Expansion Teams in Franchise Mode

WIth Team Builder, will I be able to expand the league with 1 or 2 teams, have an expansion draft and everything?  Also, if this is the case, will teambuilder be easy to use and where would I go to u...

@SuperNTG it sounds like you may have to replace a team. like in FIFA/EA FC.
