H2H Rewards missing

I still have not gotten my 95 Michael penix reward from the previous h2h season. It’s been almost a week and I have not heard anything.  Get me my h2h reward ASAP!!!!!! This is some bs ea fix it. I will never buy this **bleep**ty game again if u don’t
